Understand the score 100/100
at the EU 2027 Compliance Radar
Understand technical checks and their limits. A scan score never legally certifies a website.
Timeline and scope
AI Act: transparency on 2 August 2026; Annex III high-risk systems on 2 December 2027; Annex I products on 2 August 2028. The DSA generally applies from 17 February 2024, depending on the service. CSRD does not create a universal obligation for every small business or website.
📖 The story in 3 lines
Radar checks are technical observations: HTTPS, public documents, accessibility and transparency. They do not verify every documentary obligation or legal scope. No current score for Bernard is claimed here.
✅ The 11 checks to score 100/100
Each line is tested by our free and public Compliance Radar.
HTTPS everywhere
Serve the entire site via HTTPS. Today it is non-negotiable (GDPR art. 32).
→ Enable SSL/TLS on your host. Cloudflare, Vercel, Netlify do this for free.
Cookie banner / consent
Explicit mention of cookies + accept/refuse buttons, OR clear declaration 'no tracking cookies'.
→ Check the processing actually triggered. A meta tag or a footer does not replace a consent analysis.
Legal notices & privacy policy
Visible links to /mentions-legales and /confidentialite (GDPR art. 13-14).
→ Create 2 dedicated pages + link in the footer. Not optional.
Publisher identification
Contact email, phone or form detectable in the HTML (eIDAS + LCEN).
→ Put <a href='mailto:contact@...'> or <a href='tel:+...'> at least once in plain text in the source code.
Reporting mechanism
Link 'signaler', 'report abuse', or T&C page (Digital Services Act art. 16).
→ Check the DSA scope of your service: an email address is not automatically enough to satisfy article 16.
Lang attribute on <html>
<html lang='fr'> mandatory (European Accessibility Act, June 2025).
→ One line in index.html. It is free and instant.
Images with alt
At least 80% of images must have a descriptive alt attribute.
→ Audit with Lighthouse. Add alt='' on decorative images, alt='description' on others.
Keyboard skip link
<a href='#main-content'>Skip to content</a> at the top of the page (WCAG 2.4.1).
→ 3 lines of HTML + 4 lines of CSS. Critical for screen readers.
Lightweight HTML weight (< 500 KB)
Indicative technical measure; not a universal CSRD obligation for small businesses.
→ Lazy-load images, code-splitting, delete useless scripts. Aim for a lightweight SPA.
Compression gzip / brotli
The server must send Content-Encoding: gzip or br to reduce bandwidth.
→ Active on Cloudflare/Vercel/Netlify (by default). Check with curl -I -H 'Accept-Encoding: gzip'.
AI transparency (art. 50)
Visible information adapted to the uses concerned by article 50. Metadata does not certify compliance.
→ Check the first interaction and transparency obligations applicable starting August 2, 2026.
